Mathias Schranz, the owner of El Mundo Piercing & Tattoo, and I, Raffael, the managing director of Webtrics, have known each other since childhood. We played for the same football club, attended the same school and spent many hours together by the lake. Over the years, this close connection developed into a strong business partnership.

It feels like 100 years ago that we developed the first version of www.el-mundo.ch. Since then, we have created several versions of the website, each with new features and improvements. One of the most important developments was the integration of a booking interface connected directly to Google Calendar. This allows Mathias and his team to manage appointments efficiently and provides customers with a seamless booking experience. We also integrated an online shop to make it easier to sell products.
