Bälliz Zahnarzt, led by Dr Heinz Berger, is a respected dental practice in the picturesque Bälliz district of Thun. Our collaboration with Dr Berger began following a recommendation from Heinz Theilkäs of FS Treuhand AG, a long-standing and highly satisfied Webtrics client. As is customary at Webtrics, the web development process for Bälliz Zahnarzt began with a personal telephone conversation. After gaining a detailed understanding of Dr Berger’s requirements and wishes, we created an initial website concept. We then visited Dr Berger in Thun to discuss the details on site and take 360-degree panoramic photographs of the practice using our Gear camera. These photographs give website visitors a comprehensive impression of the practice premises and help create trust.

The web solution we developed is based on WordPress and provides an appealing, user-friendly platform that meets Bälliz Zahnarzt’s high standards. The website allows Dr Berger and his team to manage and update new content easily, such as the presentation of new employees. One of the particular challenges of this project was integrating the special character “ä” into the URL. This required special attention and technical ingenuity, as some systems, including Microsoft, do not always handle such special characters without difficulty. Nevertheless, we found a solution that works reliably and meets the practice’s requirements.
